ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The award-winning project is the largest single greenhouse facility in North America, located in Strathroy, Ontario, which fell into foreclosure in March 2022. Understanding the facility’s importance to the local economy and the potential for this project, Beyond CEO, Jenny Zhan, used her expansive network of investors and her entrepreneurial experience to move quickly and put an investment strategy and financing package together. Today, with Beyond’s help, the greenhouse facility has returned to stable financial footing, is generating revenue each month, rendering it cash flow positive, and has diversified its operations and agricultural production.
